Pomegranate, Grapefruit and Orange Compote

A refreshing light dessert that's perfect to serve after a hearty meal. Can also be used as a first course.

Ingredients

1/2 cup white wine

1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned

1 pomegranate, halved

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Directions

Whisk together wine and honey until well combined. Chill until cold. Place citrus fruits in a bowl. Squeeze juice and seeds from pomegranate and blend with citrus fruits. Add chilled wine mixture to fruit. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
