How Honey Is Created
Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Directions
Sift together flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Dip pork slices into flour. Saute until browned on both sides and no longer pink inside. Remove to plate and keep warm.Add honey and walnuts to skillet, loosening any brown bits from bottom of pan. Cook for one more minute.Pour honey nut sauce over pork and serve.Serves: 4
