Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

There is nothing basic about this healthy breakfast recipe drizzled with a touch of Golden Blossom Honey!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Quick Oats

Pinch of Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 ripe Banana

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2-3 tbsp maple syrup

1 Cup Your choice of liquid (milk, water, etc)

Top with almond milk and green yogurt

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

In a saucepan heated on medium-high heat, add all of the ingredients to the pan. Constantly stir until the oatmeal thickens to your liking (should take 4-5 minutes). Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings!
