Raisin Biscuits with Honey Butter

A quick and delicious old-fashioned breakfast treat.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups biscuit baking mix

1 cup raisins

2/3 cup milk

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Honey Butter:

1 stick butter or margarine, at room temperature

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Beat together butter and honey until light and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Honey Never Spoils

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°.
Lightly grease baking sheet. Mix all ingredients until just combined. Place spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with honey butter.
Yields: 12 biscuits.
