Ingredients
1 large ripe mango
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
Juice of 1 lime

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Peel mango and cut into 1-inch pieces. Put in shallow glass pan. Mix milk, honey and lime juice together. Pour over mango. Cover and freeze until solid. Just before serving, break frozen mixture into chunks and place in food processor and pulse until mixture resembles smooth sherbet. Spoon into parfait glasses. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Serves 6.
