Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Sprinkle roast with orange zest, lemon zest, sage and garlic. Mix together orange juice and honey. Place roast in bowl, pour mixture over roast. Let marinate 1 hour at room temperature. Place roast in foil-lined pan in a preheated 450° oven. Immediately reduce temperature to 350° and cook 35 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with marinade. To serve, slice pork, arrange on platter and drizzle with juices from pan. Serves 4-6.
