Ingredients
1 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3 Tablespoons chives, chopped
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon dill, dried
1 Tablespoon capers, drained
5 floured tortillas
6 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Mix onion, honey and vinegar together in a small bowl and set aside.
In another bowl mix next five ingredients. Spread mixture evenly on each of the tortillas. Divide salmon between tortillas placing salmon on the right side of the tortillas for easy rolling. Spoon a tablespoon of onion mixture onto each tortilla. Starting with the right side of the tortilla, begin rolling until a spiral tube is formed. Slice rolls into 1/2 inch pieces and serve.
