Ingredients
Pancakes:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large apple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
Topping:
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
cinnamon

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar
Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Pancakes:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Add milk, honey and oil. Whisk until honey dissolves. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add apples and mix gently.
Heat a large lightly oiled pan or griddle. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto hot pan and cook 3 minutes on each side or until pancake is cooked through.
Topping:
Heat 2 more tablespoons of honey in the microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle warm honey over pancakes and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
