Ingredients
1 tablespoon hot water
2 tablespoons SILVER BLOSSOM HONEY
1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 pint whipped cream
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
mint leaves for garnish
zest of one lemon

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Mix together hot water and 2 tablespoons honey. Set aside.
In a medium bowl mix together blueberries and sliced strawberries. Pour honey water over fruit and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Slowly drizzle in 2 tablespoons honey beating continuously until cream forms stiff peaks.
To Serve:
Spoon berries into 4 goblets. Top with a heaping spoonful of whipped cream. Garnish with a mint leaf and sprinkle with lemon zest.
