Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Heat a heavy skillet on high. Add 1 Tablespoon oil and stir-fry ginger until brown, about 45 seconds. Add the mushrooms and cook about 2 minutes.
Add another 1 Tablespoon oil and stir-fry beef with marinade until just brown, about 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to a plate. Set aside.
In the same pan add remaining oil. Saute broccoli and red bell pepper for 2 minutes on high. Cover and cook the vegetables for about 7 minutes. Add beef mixture to vegetable mixture. Stir-fry over high to heat through for about 1 minute. Serve over rice.
