2 pints strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Marsala wine
4 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 ounces mascarpone or cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Honey has different flavors and colors, depending on the location and kinds of flowers the bees visit. Climatic conditions of the area also influence its flavor and color.
Directions
Place strawberries in a medium bowl. Whisk together Marsala and 2 Tablespoons of honey and gently stir into the berries. Set aside for 30 minutes. In another bowl, stir mascarpone and remaining honey until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Serve strawberries topped with cheese mixture. Serves 6.
