Strawberry-Rhubarb Ham Glaze

An absolutely amazing ham glaze!. It is also terrific on poultry.

Ingredients

1 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup rhubarb-strawberry jam

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients. Baste ham during last 30 minutes of cooking.
