Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
4 ounces blue cheese, divided into 4 pieces
4 thin slices of ham
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
salt and pepper to taste

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Carefully cut a large pocket lengthwise in each piece of chicken. Wrap each piece of blue cheese with a slice of ham. Insert into chicken. Seal openings with toothpicks.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until butter melts. Remove sauce from heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Spray grill with cooking spray. Cook chicken, basting with sauce for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
