Summer Fruit and Spinach Salad

This light dressing is the perfect choice for the sweet taste of summer fruits.

Ingredients

Dressing:

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fruit:

1/2 cantaloupe or other melon, peeled and cut into chunks

1 peach, peeled and cut into chunks

3 kiwis, peeled and cut into slices

baby spinach leaves

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Lay spinach leaves on a plate. Pile fruit on top of spinach and drizzle with dressing.
