Sundried Tomatoes & Goat Cheese Appetizer

Serve this wonderful spread on slices of French bread for an easy but terrific appetizer.

Ingredients

10 sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped, plus 1 teaspoon oil from jar

1/8 pound Kalamata olives, pitted

1 package (5.3 oz.) goat cheese

1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Combine sundried tomatoes, reserved oil and olives in blender or processor. Puree until smooth. Add goat cheese and honey and process until well combined. Season to taste with pepper.
