Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet. Add steaks. Turn to coat with butter. Sprinkle steaks with pepper. Place pan under broiler and broil 5 minutes. Turn steaks, sprinkle with pepper and broil 5 more minutes or until steaks are medium rare. (Do not over-cook or steaks will be tough.) Remove steaks from pan. Keep warm.
Place pan that you cooked steaks in on top of the stove. Add beef broth, brandy, honey and rosemary to pan drippings. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes to reduce sauce. Place steak on plates. Drizzle with sauce and top each with a tablespoon of blue cheese.
