Ultimate Hot Chocolate

Rich and flavorful, this fabulous adult only hot chocolate can be served as a combination after diner drink and a dessert. For children, simply remove their serving before adding the alcohol.

Ingredients

4 cups milk

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 tablespoons Kahlua, Amaretto or Chambord

whipped cream, if desired

Directions

Heat milk just to a simmer in a medium saucepan (do not boil). Stir in chocolate chips. Whisk until melted. Add honey, vanilla and Kahlua, Amaretto or Chambord. Pour into cups. Top with whipped cream.
