Ingredients
4 cups milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons Kahlua, Amaretto or Chambord
whipped cream, if desired

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Heat milk just to a simmer in a medium saucepan (do not boil). Stir in chocolate chips. Whisk until melted. Add honey, vanilla and Kahlua, Amaretto or Chambord. Pour into cups. Top with whipped cream.
