Honey Tips
How Honey Is Created
Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add apples. Drizzle with honey. Saute, stirring occasionally for three minutes. Add currants and cook for two more minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in cognac. Serve over vanilla ice cream. Serves 4.
