4 large red apples cored, peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup currants or raisins
3 Tablespoons cognac, brandy, or lemon juice

Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add apples. Drizzle with honey. Saute, stirring occasionally for three minutes. Add currants and cook for two more minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in cognac. Serve over vanilla ice cream. Serves 4.
