Warm Honey Mustard Dressing for Spinach Salad

You will find yourself making this dressing again and again.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

10 ounces baby spinach leaves

Optional Additions:

crisp bacon bits, chopped hard boiled egg, toasted wlanuts

Directions

Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Place over a medium heat and add oil in a stream whisking until dressing is emulsified and warm. Pour over fresh spinach greens. Toss.
