Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Spray a broiler pan with vegetable cooking spray. In a single layer, place yams and bananas in pan. Set aside until sauce is prepared.
In a small saucepan on top of stove, heat remaining ingredients until butter melts. Pour the honey sauce over yams and bananas until all are coated. Broil on top rack of oven for approximately 8 minutes until lightly browned. To serve, spoon remaining mixture from pan over the yams and bananas.
