Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds chicken (pieces you prefer) or 2 whole chicken breasts halved
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Wash and dry chicken. (Skins can be removed). Melt the butter or margarine in a shallow baking pan. Add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in same pan. Bake, basting occasionally for 40 minutes (30 minutes if using boneless breasts).
