Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
1 medium onion, sliced
2 large MacIntosh apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup raisins
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup slivered almonds
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine paprika, ginger, salt and 1 Tablespoon oil. Stir until well blended. Rub mixture into both sides of chicken.
Heat remaining 4 Tablespoons oil in a skillet. Stir in onions and apples and cook an additional 4 minutes. Stir in cinnamon, honey and raisins.
Spoon mixture into medium-sized baking dish that can hold chicken in a single layer. Place chicken on top of apple mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Cover tightly with foil and bake for approximately, 30 minutes.
