Ingredients
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops, boneless, center-cut
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, reserve 1/4 cup juice
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Sear pork on both sides until browned. Add reserved pineapple juice to pan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Top chops with pineapple. Drizzle honey on top of pineapple. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes until tender and no longer pink inside.
