Baked Chicken Breasts

An easy to prepare entree for a special Passover celebration.

Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned

3/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 package dry onion soup mix

1 garlic clove, chopped

2 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

salt and pepper to taste

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Cover with marinade and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove chicken from refrigerator. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
