Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries and mixed greens. In a large skillet, heat half the vinegar and oil. Add 1/2 red onion. Stir-fry until onion is tender. Remove mixture and set aside. Heat remaining vinegar and oil in same skillet. Add turkey or chicken and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining onion, honey, and dill weed. Heat through. Remove. Toss everything together lightly and serve at once. Serves: 4.
