Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °
Spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until cornbread tests done.
