Ingredients
6 cups mixed Chex cereal, corn, rice, multigrain
3 cups pretzel twists
1 cup nuts, walnuts, pecans or almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup dried fruit, cranberries, cherries or raisins

Honey Never Spoils
No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.
In a large roasting pan or bottom of broiler pan, combine the first three ingredients.
In a medium saucepan heat brown sugar, butter and honey. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat.
Bake for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake for 5 more minutes. Stir in dried fruit and spread mix on a large sheet of foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cool.
Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
