Dijon Salad Dressing

Quick and so much better than bottled dressing. You probably have all the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

1/8 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon scallions, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon

Honey Tips

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Yields: 1/2 cup
