Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Cook shrimp in a pot of boiling water until they turn pink. Drain. In a large bowl combine shrimp, parsley and onion.
In a medium saucepan combine marinade ingredients. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
To serve, remove shrimp from marinade. Put in a bowl or on a plate lined with lettuce leaves.
Yields: 30-40 shrimp
