Ingredients
Marinade:
1 cup orange juice
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup SILVER BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Marinade:
In medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag. Add cooled marinade and refrigerate from 4 to 24 hours.
Remove breasts from marinade. Reserve marinade. Grill about 5 minutes per side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade until chicken is no longer pink inside.
