Carrot-Pineapple Slaw

A fresh tasting and easy variation of traditional coleslaw. Pineapple adds a delightful sweetness to this colorful salad.

Ingredients

4 cups of 3-color coleslaw mix

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Stir together coleslaw, pineapple and walnuts in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, reserved pineapple juice, honey and pepper. Pour over salad and toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
