Apple and Celery Salad

A lovely autumn salad prepared in minutes. Tart apples and crisp celery are perfectly pared with the creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Dressing:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY MUSTARD

1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped or 1/4 teaspoon dried

Salad:

4 ribs celery, cut into matchstick-like pieces

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into matchstick-like pieces

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

In the days before biology and botany were understood, people thought it was a special kind of magic that turned flower nectar into honey.

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over celery and apple pieces. Add fresh parsley and toss.
