Ingredients
2 Cornish game hens
2 cups apple cider
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 Tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil sprayed with vegetable spray.
Rinse hens in cold water and pat dry. Set aside.
In a small saucepan place cider, ginger and cinnamon. Boil mixture until reduced to ¾ cup. Stir in honey and butter.
Sprinkle hens with salt and pepper. Place the hens in prepared pan and pour glaze mixture over them. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and juices run clear. Baste several times during baking.
