Apple Walnut Charoset

Traditionally serves as part of the Passover Seder.

Ingredients

2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup sweet wine (for Passover)

Honey Tips

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes. Stir again until wine is absorbed into ingredients.
Yields: 2 cups
