Ingredients
2 cups Chow Mein noodles
Dressing:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
pinch of salt
1 cucumber, peeled, cut lengthwise, seeded and sliced
1/2 head green cabbage, cored and finely sliced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Directions
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients, except Chow Mein noodles. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Just before serving, toss together dressing, salad and noodles. Serve immediately. Serves: 4.
