Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

In a small bowl, beat spiced butter ingredients with an electric mixer until fluffy. (Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.)
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place yams on foil covered baking sheet. Make a 1/2-inch deep slit down each yam lengthwise, leaving 1 inch of yam uncut at each end. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until yams are tender. To serve, using two forks open yams slightly and place a spoonful of butter on each yam.
