Banana, Orange and Pineapple Smoothie

An ideal beverage to serve with breakfast or brunch or as an afternoon treat. The fruits blend together perfectly for a refreshing and wholesome drink.

Ingredients

2 cups orange juice, divided

2 bananas

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup cold water

4 mint leaves for garnish, if desired

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Place ½ cup of the orange juice, bananas, pineapple chunks and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Stir in water and remaining 1 ½ cups orange juice. Chill until ready to serve. Stir well before serving. Garnish each serving with a mint leaf.
