Breakfast Shake

A delicious low-fat breakfast drink.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 (8 ounce) container vanilla low-fat yogurt

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice

5 large strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup ice cubes

2 Tablespoons milk, preferably nonfat

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Be creative with summer fruits, adding banana and strawberries, blueberries, or your favorite fruit.
Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
