Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Steam broccoli florets until crisp tender. Do not overcook. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Place broccoli in a large bowl along with tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
