Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, separated into florets (reserve stems for another use)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 scallions, minced
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Steam broccoli florets until crisp tender. Do not overcook. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Place broccoli in a large bowl along with tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
