Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cut sprouts in half lengthwise. Peel and core apples. Cut them in 1/2 inch cubes.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Add chopped onion and apples. Saute 5 minutes until apples soften. Add Brussels sprouts and saute, stirring gently, for about 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat, cover and simmer until sprouts are fork tender, about 5 minutes.
