Honey Tips

Honey Is Magic

In the days before biology and botany were understood, people thought it was a special kind of magic that turned flower nectar into honey.

Directions

In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water. Stir in bulgur wheat. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes until bulgur is softened and water is absorbed. Transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled or overnight.
*Bulgur wheat, also known as cracked wheat, can be found in the natural food section of your supermarket or natural food store.
