Ingredients
Salad:
2 cups water
1 cup bulgur wheat*
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup peeled and grated carrots
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
Dressing:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water. Stir in bulgur wheat. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes until bulgur is softened and water is absorbed. Transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled or overnight.
*Bulgur wheat, also known as cracked wheat, can be found in the natural food section of your supermarket or natural food store.
