Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together the first 7 ingredients until smooth. With a pastry brush, brush chicken pieces with mixture just to coat. Set aside remaining mixture.
Arrange chicken in single layer in prepared bakind dish. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes, basting occasionally with pan drippings to brown.
Remove chicken from pan and place on a warmed platter. Add reserved Cajun mixture to pan drippings. Heat well. To serve, spoon some Cajun sauce over chicken pieces. Mix remaining sauce into hot rice.
