Carrot with Cumin Salad

This wholesome salad is pleasing to the eye as well as to the palate.

Ingredients

6 carrots, peeled and grated

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

salt and pepper to taste

Honey Tips

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

In a bowl, toss all ingredients together. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Best is served within 1 hour after mixing.
