Honey Tips

Honey Flavors and Colors

Honey has different flavors and colors, depending on the location and kinds of flowers the bees visit. Climatic conditions of the area also influence its flavor and color.

In a large heavy saucepan, saute onion and caraway seeds in oil over low heat, until onion is translucent. Stir in honey. Pour in broth and water and bring to a boil. Add chicken and Swiss chard. Simer another 5 minutes. Stir in cauliflower and orzo. Simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
