Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth
3 cups water
1 pound chicken tenders cut into 1-inch pieces
2 bunches red Swiss chard, leaves only, washed well, drained and chopped
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1/2 cup orzo

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large heavy saucepan, saute onion and caraway seeds in oil over low heat, until onion is translucent. Stir in honey. Pour in broth and water and bring to a boil. Add chicken and Swiss chard. Simer another 5 minutes. Stir in cauliflower and orzo. Simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
