Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Place chicken pieces in a medium bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken pieces and then coat pieces with flour.
Heat oil in large skillet and sauté chicken until golden. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
In same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, pepper and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and simmer on low heat, about 20 minutes.
Serves: 4
