Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine paprika, ginger, salt and 1 Tablespoon oil. Stir until well blended. Rub mixture into both sides of chicken.
Heat remaining 4 Tablespoons oil in a skillet. Stir in onions and apples and cook an additional 4 minutes. Stir in cinnamon, honey and raisins.
Spoon mixture into medium-sized baking dish that can hold chicken in a single layer. Place chicken on top of apple mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Cover tightly with foil and bake for approximately, 30 minutes.
