Ingredients
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
4 Tablespoons red wine or balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pound boneless pork loin, thinly sliced
1 head leaf lettuce
2 pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved

Directions
Whisk first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Spray large skillet with vegetable spray. Heat pan on medium. Stir-fry pork slices over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes. Arrange lettuce on plates, top with pork and fruit. Drizzle dressing over salad. Serves 4.
