Ingredients
Dressing:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Salad:
4 cups mixed greens
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1/2 pound smoked turkey breast, cubed or cut lengthwise (purchase at deli counter)
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 tomatoes, chopped
6 crisp cooked bacon slices, crumbled

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
In a bowl whisk together first 8 ingredients. Add oil and continue whisking until combined.
Salad:
Toss together all salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, toss again.
