2 whole chicken breasts, halved
2 garlic cloves, halved
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 Tablespoons dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
Chopped fresh chives (optional)

How Honey is Made
To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° . Rub chicken with garlic. Discard garlic. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bring honey, wine and curry powder to boil in small saucepan. Stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Brush chicken with glaze. Roast chicken 10 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze. Continue roasting about 10 minutes. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped chives.
