Festive Fruit Salad

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon each of ground anise, cloves, ginger

4 plums, pitted and sliced

4 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 pint strawberries, whole

1/2 pint raspberries, whole

1/2 pint blueberries, whole

1 small canteloupe, diced

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a serving bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Gently toss the fruit with the dressing. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
